At Chaiya Co, we know that when you've found the perfect outfit, you want it in your wardrobe as soon as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
- During peak periods, launches, sale events, or festive seasons, processing times may be longer.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK SHIPPING
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout
Express Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Available on selected orders
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe
- 3–10 business days
United States & Canada
- 5–12 business days
Rest of World
- 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Local taxes
- Handling fees
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Unfortunately, Chaiya Co cannot predict or control these charges.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some Chaiya Co pieces may be available on a pre-order basis.
For pre-order products:
- Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
- These dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
If there are significant delays, we will keep you updated via email.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been placed.
- Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed:
- Please first check your tracking information.
- Contact the courier directly where possible.
- If you require further assistance, contact our customer service team.
While we will always do our best to help, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our control.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient:
- Any duties, taxes, return shipping costs, or courier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Please email hello@chaiyaco.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the item(s)
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
